The Wedderburn Development Association tendered for a redevelopment of its website. Ric Raftis‘ (Bushsong Web Development) tender was clear, precise and professional which resulted in his successful application.

Through the development stage of the process, Ric continuously consulted with us to capture the WDA’s needs and desires and was available to answer questions to ensure the mutual acceptability of the outcome.

The website was developed with no disruption to WDA operations and was completed within the time lines agreed in the tender.

The WDA had little knowledge in updating a website and, in accordance with the agreement, Ric provided the necessary tuition. Ric also put together a mock/test website for learning purposes and provided direction to assist in personal development. Ric also provided link s to online courses and information.

Even more pleasing, I personally have found Ric to be readily available by phone, text or email to answer any question and provide information through my steep learning curve to update the website for the WDA.

I am pleased to recommend Bushsong as a website developer and trainer in website updating. Ric was able to make the experience for a person with little experience in website development more pleasing than I expected, as well as sparking interest in the area.
